Igor Zinovik 324f540868 Update Neutron NSX plugin to latest commit from stable/mitaka branch Plugin contains changes that allow to work with python-neutron-lib-0.0.1, this means that we no longer need to carry this package inside the plugin. Fuel NSX-T plugin

The plugin allows Fuel deployment engineers install OpenStack that will use VMware NSX Transformers as network backend for Neutron.
