* Restructure Prepare XenServers and Prepare Fuel Master
* Instantiate modify_env_compute_nodes and modify_env_controller_nodes
* Update and unbold HIMN menu text
* Add page number

Test report
* Remove 1st-3rd test cases
* Add page number
* Correct plugin version 2.0.0 under "Document purpose"
* Add "Add/Remove controller/compute node"
* Add "No issues were found during the testing" under "Known issues"

Plugin Guide
* Update release version on title page
* Update HIMN menu text
* Remove blank pages

XenServer Fuel Plugin

Intro

XenServer Fuel Plugin will help to deploy Mirantis OpenStack over XenServer hosts and make sure they work as xenapi rather than qemu.

How to build plugin

pip install fuel-plugin-builder
git clone https://git.openstack.org/openstack/fuel-plugin-xenserver
fpb --check fuel-plugin-xenserver
fpb --build fuel-plugin-xenserver
