Doug Hellmann bbd0fea600 remove python 2.6 trove classifier 
OpenStack projects are no longer being tested under Python 2.6, so
remove the trove classifier implying that this project supports 2.6.

OpenStack Gantt

Gantt provides a common scheduler framework for use by various OpenStack components.

DISCLAIMER

The gantt project is dead. At some point in the future, a new effort may be undertaken that will use this repo. The git history is here for reference.
