Sebastien Badia c058c29dc3 lint: Fix lint issues (missing documentation for define types)
The gem 'puppet-lint-param-docs' was bumped to 1.2.0 and now handle
class and define type. This patch fix lint issues (missing documentation).

Overview

The tuskar module is a part of Stackforge, an effort by the Openstack infrastructure team to provide continuous integration testing and code review for Openstack and Openstack community projects not part of the core software. The module itself is used to flexibly configure and manage the management service for Openstack.
