Enable automatic cleanup

Set Unattended-Upgrade:Remove-Unused-Dependencies flag to
true, that is the equivalent of enabling automatic
apt-get autoremove.
This will regularly clean up cruft from our servers, preventing
them to run out of disk space or inodes unexpectedly.
