Increase default max-connections
The server compiled default of 151 is not very useful in anything other than a single client deployment; increased the default max-connections value to 600, which is much more useful. Change-Id: I3e8c0fcc3e85ccf1990af77610401ebbd257b549 Closes-Bug: 1382386
