Update the URL to the upper-constraints file to point to the redirect rule on releases.openstack.org so that anyone working on this branch will switch to the correct upper-constraints list automatically when the requirements repository branches. Until the requirements repository has as stable/2024.1 branch, tests will continue to use the upper-constraints list on master. Change-Id: Ie33b5a8e9bdf7dbf24334199b0e35d1a59908182 |

This project contains the common code necessary for writing upgrade checks in OpenStack projects. It includes a module (oslo_upgradecheck.upgradecheck) for the common code as well as an example (oslo_upgradecheck.__main__) of integrating that code into a project.
