Download Devstack:
git clone https://git.openstack.org/openstack-dev/devstack cd devstack
Add this repo as an external repository into your local.conf file:
local.conf
[[local|localrc]] enable_plugin cerberus https://git.openstack.org/openstack/cerberus
Run stack.sh.
stack.sh
