IDENTIFIED BY 'CINDER_TEMPEST_PLUGIN_DBPASS';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON cinder_tempest_plugin.* TO 'cinder_tempest_plugin'@'%' \
IDENTIFIED BY 'CINDER_TEMPEST_PLUGIN_DBPASS';
