Dmitriy Rabotyagov b55feeae89 Ensure TLS is enabled properly for cell0 mapping DB connection 
Once we've enabled TLS requirement in [1] jobs started failing on cell0
mapping as it was actually different and not connecting to MariaDB through
TLS when it was assumed it is.

OpenStack-Ansible nova

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack nova and all of its corresponding services.

This role will install the following:
  • nova-api
  • nova-conductor
  • nova-scheduler
  • nova-console
  • nova-compute
