Revert "Install modified udev rule to fix lvextend unmount"
This is no longer required when the lvm2 package provides the modified
udev rule.
For CentOS-9-Stream, this modifed rules file is now in package
device-mapper-1.02.187-6.el9.x86_64.
This reverts commit c8173d557e
.

# Add inotify watch to track changes on this device.
