Returns the list of VMs and information of each VMs.

Set SLA for VM. Use instance name in horizon as a Input
|

4. /stella/hypervisor:
|
|
Returns the IP address of the hypervisor host.
|
|
|
|
'hypervisor_name' field is essential.
